Event Support

Description

The Event Support Unit is responsible for offering advices and supports to the University community in organizing institutional and departmental events including provision and supervision of venue settings and associated services.

This Unit is also responsible for setting up of display units and hanging banners for events.

Monday to Friday:0820 - 1715
Sat, Sun and General Holiday:Closed

Service Charge

Service charge is required for official requests beyond office hours.

Regulations or Guidelines

• Advance notice (at least 7 working days) for work request is required.
• Display units are provided on a first-come first-served basis subject to stock availability
