Welcome to the website of the Facilities Management Office (FMO). We are the central facilities management agent of City University of Hong Kong in looking after the provision and management of various facilities on campus. It is our aim to contribute to the University in pursuit of knowledge and excel our leading position as a global university in research and professional education.
Our duties are to maintain a pleasant, safe and sustainable campus for the University community. In addition, we offer a wide range of services and supports to meet the needs of our user departments. Beyond these obvious roles, FMO is also charged with the duty to safeguard the University's built asset and to ensure that relevant statutory requirements and regulations are complied with.
While discharging our duties at the most cost-efficient and effective manner, providing good customer experience will be the main focus of FMO towards our journey for a value-for-money culture. All these require the full support and cooperation of our users, without your valuable support, we would not succeed. FMO therefore welcomes your ideas, opinions and any point of views on our works so that we can improve ourselves continuously.
