The estate is used as senior staff quarters and consists of 2 blocks of low rise residential building with 8 storeys each. There are 54 units for senior staff, one essential staff quarters and one common room. The ground level of each block is used as carpark with a total of 36 parking spaces. Outside the buildings, there are landscaped areas, playgrounds and other utilities rooms. |
