Two Hong Kong deputies to the National People's Congress, Ms Tam Wai-chu and Ms Lau Pui-king, toured the “Giuseppe Castiglione – Lang Shining New Media Art Exhibition” on 11 May.

The exhibition has been co-organised by City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and the National Palace Museum, Taipei. The two deputies were accompanied by Mr Herman Hu Shao-ming, Chairman of CityU Council, and Professor Paul Lam Kwan-sing, Chief-of-Staff.

After the tour, Ms Lau said she appreciated the innovative ways new media and contemporary interactive art had been used in the exhibition to present Castiglione’s artwork.

She said the high level of creativity generated by CityU teachers and students had made the exhibition a success.

Ms Tam said the exhibition was well worth visiting and that she would promote it among her friends.
