The loyalty and hard work of 415 members of staff were honoured at the Long Service Award Ceremony 2015 on 22 October.

Among the award recipients were 38 staff members who have worked at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) for 30 years. In addition, 170 staff members received awards for 25 years’ service, and the remaining for 10, 15 or 20 years’ service.

Acting President Professor Arthur Ellis attributed the recent achievements of CityU to the dedication of members of staff.

“Thank you very much for what you have done for the University,” he said. “Our success is down to the loyalty of our staff over the years.”

The presentation ceremony was followed by a tea reception. The attendants took the opportunity to talk about their memories and take pictures with each other. The event was organised by Human Resources Office.
