The Multiple Choice Scanning facility offers faculty and staff a fast and easy way to scan and collect data from multiple-choice type examination scripts and survey forms.  The facility, Sekonic SR3500 Dual Visible OMR scanner and the TestAnyTime software, is available in LI-4301 near the IT Service Desk of the Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Academic Building (LI).  Users can reserve the service through the "CSC Teaching Studio Booking System" under "Facilities Booking" via the "Staff" tab of the CityUHK Portal and visit the Service Desk to use the service during the booked periods.

Users are encouraged to make reservations in advance since demand is high especially after examination period.  Standard answer sheets are obtainable from the Academic Regulations and Records Office (ARRO).  Users are also reminded to bring their own USB flash drives or portable hard drives to copy data collected for marking and analysis.  The scanning service is available during Service Desk office hours only.
