Depending on the account type, please follow these links to change or reset passwords:

(Note for Domain Computers: If you have logged on to computers that are connected to CityUHK Active Directory (cityumd), you have the option to change your password using the "change password" function available on the computer)
In-person
Staff and Students may visit the IT Service Desk in person with their staff/student identity cards. For Alumni, please contact the Alumni Relation Office instead.
