Initiate and nurture collaborative partnerships between the University and community organizations, governmental entities, businesses, schools, community groups and charitable organizations to engage a variety of community members (youths, elderly, under-priviledged, ethnic minorities, CityUHK students, alumni and staff) to bring about a positive change for the community

Promote the value-addedness of CityUHK education and present opportunities to inspire the youths
