Congratulations to Professor Zhu Guobin for his appointment as a member of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Task Force of the Department of Justice
Professor ZHU Guobin, Director of Public Law and Human Rights Forum, has been appointed as a member of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Task Force of the Department of Justice (the "GBA Task Force") for a term of two years from 10 January 2023 to 9 January 2025.
The GBA Task Force is a key initiative of the Department of Justice in the 2022 Policy Address, which aims to enhance the promotion and utilisation of the unique advantages of the "One Country, Two Systems and Three Jurisdictions" of the Greater Bay Area, with a view to deepening the mutually cooperation for the benefit of the people of the Greater Bay Area and promoting the development and construction of the Greater Bay Area.

公法與人權論壇主任朱國斌教授被任命為「律政司粵港澳大灣區專責小組」（「大灣區專責小組」）成員，為期兩年，任期由2023年1月10日起至2025年1月9日止。
「大灣區專責小組」是2022年《施政報告》中律政司重點推進措施，其目的在於加強推廣和善用粵港澳大灣區「一國、兩制、三法域」的獨特優勢，以深化大灣區便利惠民的互利合作，推進大灣區的發展和建設。
