Dr QIU Guangyu (Peter), an MSc, PhD student of MSE, published a paper in ACS Nano on a bio-detection method for SARS-CoV-2 (virus causing COVID-19 disease). The method was also based on the Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance method developed at MSE, CityU. He is now working in the Institute of Environmental Engineering, ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
