About the Campaign
In celebration of the milestone 30th anniversary of City University of Hong Kong ("CityUHK") in 2024 since achieving university status, supporters and alumni of the University are cordially invited to make a meaningful gift via the "CityUHK Endowment Campaign", the first-ever University-wide endowment campaign that will reinforce the strong foundation for a promising future for CityUHK and the next generations.
The gifts will make a lasting impact, providing the University with sustainable resources for exploring new possibilities and scaling greater heights in multiple realms.
Donations will be kept intact as principals and managed as endowment funds on a perpetual basis, according to the stipulated guidelines of the university.
An annual income will be generated from endowment funds at a rational interest rate guaranteed by the University, which will be used in line with the intent of donors.
General Endowment Fund
Supporters are welcome to make non-designated donations, providing the University with the greatest flexibility in responding promptly to, for example, its strategic priorities or general development.
Individual Endowment Fund
When a donation reaches a designated amount, naming for an individual endowment fund or other acknowledgement arrangements may be offered.
