Riding on the success of CAReer Launch Scheme (CARLS) 1.0, CARLS 2.0 was launched in April 2021 to facilitate our Class of 2021 graduates to land their first full-time jobs. By November 2021, CARLS 2.0 has reached out to more than 18,000 partnering organisations and employers, creating more than 4,100 job opportunities for the graduates. Over 800 of our fresh graduates have secured job offers!
The following key achievements mark the successful completion of?CARLS 2.0 :Unwavering support has been received from our employer partners, and our fresh graduates have shared positive feedback towards the Scheme:In addition to CARLS 2.0, Career and Leadership Centre has been organising a series of Employers’ Tea Receptions to enable employers to understand more about our programme development and the excellence of our students. The CityU E-Career Success Fair (Spring Fair) was also organised in March 2022 to keep students up-to-date with available job opportunities. Besides, the fair aimed to provide students with chances to enquire about job information, participate in on-site interviews, and interact with representatives from hiring companies, with an ultimate goal to create a platform for our upcoming CityU graduates to start their dream careers.
