From October to November 2017, CityU Arts Festival 2017 brought a wide range of performances to CityU community including vocal concert, harmonica and jazz, musical, Chinese orchestra, philharmonic orchestra, choir performance, etc. CityU Christmas Concert 2017 - Joyful City Peaceful Night was successfully held on 20 December 2017. Festive music pieces were performed by student music groups and CityU staff performers. Both events were well received by the audience.
