The Annual Athletic Meet of the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China was concluded on 10 March 2019 at Joint Sports Centre. Thanks to the effort from team members, coaches and managers, CityU Men's and Women's team won first runner-up and third runner-up respectively and CityU has won Overall second runner-up in the athletic meet.
Lai Chi Yam from the Men's Team captured Men's MVP after winning a gold medal in Men's Discus Throw and a silver medal in Men's Shot Put.
