Date for receipt of Memoranda. Memoranda must be sent to the following email address: adrmoot@cityu.edu.hk ?by email latest by 17:00 (Hong Kong date and time) |
Tuesday, 21 June |
Date by which the timetable for general rounds of the Moot will be published on the competition website |
Tuesday, 28 June |
Teams will receive opposing Memoranda from teams they are scheduled to meet in the general rounds of the competition – to be posted on the competition website |
Thursday, 30 June |
Teams have to send Representation Plan to the following email address: adrmoot@cityu.edu.hk by 17:00 (Hong Kong date and time) |
Tuesday, 5 July |
- Check-in date at the Student Residence of CityU (if applicable)
- Registration conducted at Reporting Centre, Academic 1, CityU, followed by Opening Ceremony and Team Briefing

Commencement of General Rounds |
Thursday, 7 July (evening) |
Conclusion of General Rounds, announcement of Quarter-Finalists and group photo |
Friday, 8 July |
Quarter (morning) and/ or Semi-Finals (afternoon) conducted |

- Grand Final (10:30am)
- Awards Presentation Gala Dinner (evening)
