Tolo Digitech is the first spin-off of Laboratory of AI-Powered Financial Technologies Limited (AIFT), which is one of the InnoHK research centres. It provides a business ecosystem platform for stakeholders in the value chain of cross-border e-commerce finance, including banks, and logistics and payment firms.
We provide a transformative analytics solution for cross-border e-commerce financial services for market players. Our solution offers three core benefits: value discovery, risk management and optimisation, and payment protection. The innovations include four-dimensional data analysis and integration technology, cutting-edge algorithms, traditional risk-control methods, and target-oriented AI technology. Additionally, with Generative-AI supporting modern option pricing theory, we have developed a risk-management model that is suitable for assessing default rates and loss given default (LGD) rates of small and medium-sized enterprises. This model fills the gaps in Moody’s KMV model.
