Mr Calvin Chan, M.H. is the Chairman and CEO of CATALO Natural Health Group, a leading brand specialising in natural health supplements. Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He founded CATALO brand in 2003 and is responsible for leading the group in actively promoting CATALO as a trustworthy brand to maximize the benefits of natural health supplements to improve everyone's health. He was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2020 in recognition of his dedicated public service, particularly his valuable contribution to the development of trade and industries in Hong Kong.
Mr Chan is actively serving in various public services in mainland China and Hong Kong. Currently, he is the Committee Member of Tianjin Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Committee Member of Beijing Chinese Overseas Friendship Association. He is also engaged in different professional bodies, serving as Vice Chairman of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association (CMA) of Hong Kong, Chairman of International Affairs Committee of CMA, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Brand Development Council, Chairman of QTS Sub-Committee of Hong Kong Tourism Board, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Health Food Association, Director of GS1 Hong Kong, Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Retail Management Association, Member of Advisory Committee on Graduate Employment of Hong Kong Baptist University, and Steering Committee Member of Research Institute for Future Food (RiFood) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also Member of HKSAR 2021 Election Committee and Voting Member of the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
Mr Chan was awarded the Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong in 2012 and has dedicated himself to public service. He is the Observer of Independent Police Complains Council, and Co-opted Member of Business Facilitation Advisory Committee.
