- CIDADES, Comunidades e Territórios is an academic journal in the scientific area of Urban Studies that was established in 2000 by a team of researchers from the former Centre for Territorial Studies, consolidating a heritage of scientific research and academic work at ISCTE-IUL for over twenty years. Its founder and first director was Professor Vítor Matias Ferreira.

Hong Kong Housing Home Page
The main objective of this project is to upload government policy, consultative documents, information and statistics on housing in the City University of Hong Kong Website. It also serves as an arena for dissemination of research and archives on housing. By creating an on-line housing database, it will facilitate the local as well as overseas students, academics, practitioners and members of the public who are interested in housing to search for housing-related information of Hong Kong on the Internet.

Topics include population; labour; external trade; National Income and Balance of Payments; prices; business performance; energy; housing and property; Government accounts, finance and insurance; and transport, communications and tourism.

Hong Kong Property Review
A report reviewing the state of the property market in the previous calendar year. It contains quite substantial information and statistical data, compiled on a calendar year basis, including the stock, completions, take-up, vacancy and forecast completions (for 2 years) by main property types; average rents, prices and indices also by main property types.
