1. The personal data collected in this Registration Form will be used by the CityU and CLP Hong Kong to coordinate the conference. Data collected during the conference registration process will be transferred and used for the purposes for conference only.
2. Unless indicated otherwise all information in this Registration Form is compulsory and is required for coordination purposes. If such data is not provided, then this will affect the processing and outcome of your register to conference.
3. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data. The University reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request. Please address your request to Data Protection Officer at data.protection@cityu.edu.hk.
