Annual Report System for Academic Units
Annual Report Exercise
The annual reporting exercise of Academic Units (AUs) aims at reinforcing the performance culture of the University and enhancing AU achievements in alignment with the University's Strategic Plan and its Planning Exercise Proposal.
A new annual report format, requiring evidence-based content on AU’s achievement and progress on the core activities, was introduced in 2011-12 as pilot run for the proposed Academic Unit PBPR scheme.
Online Annual Report System
To facilitate the preparing and reviewing of the annual reports, a report template is designed with related quantitative performance measures drawn from centrally-managed databases. The creation and submission of the annual report for current year exercise will be done thru this Annual Report System.
