Employers are encouraged to post their job advertisements on the Joint Institutions Job Information System (JIJIS) (click here for details), a one-stop online job information system for employers and university students jointly offered by UGC-funded (UGC - University Grants Committee) universities in Hong Kong.
Apart from job posting services, JIJIS also enables employers to view online applications; view candidate details; classify applications; search for candidates; send out resume requests, etc. To start using the service, please register at the JIJIS website (http://www.jijis.org.hk). After completing the company registration, an account name and a confidential password will be sent to the employers. Employers may use the account name and the confidential password for log-in and to post the recruitment advertisements directly online. |
