The CareER Thriving Grass Career Development Program (Thriving Grass Program) is an internship program tailored to empower individuals with disabilities and SENs. Through this program, participants can gain internship opportunities with a diverse pool of inclusive employers from multinational corporations, local conglomerates, SMEs, Start-ups and NGOs, building their skills and careers in a supportive and inclusive environment.
