President of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong
Dr Allen Shi is the President of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and the Founder and Chairman of Brilliant International Group Limited. Dr Shi actively participates in various charity and social services, and has been serving on numerous public bodies for many years committed to promoting the development of the industry. As a reflection of Dr Shi’s business leadership and community involvement, he has received numerous honors and awards. He was appointed Justice of the Peace (JP) in 2010 and was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) and the Bronze Bauhinia Star Award (BBS) by the HKSAR government in 2007 and 2017 respectively. Over the years, numerous local and overseas Universities conferred the honorary title of University Fellow on Dr Shi in recognition of his contributions. A new addition to recognitions for Dr Shi’s contributions is the Honorary Fellowship conferred by The Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries and City University of Hong Kong in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
