The CityUHK campus buzzed with excitement as the Career and Leadership Centre (CLC) successfully hosted the Alumni Get-Together & Fire-Side Chat Event on 10 April 2025, which brought together a diverse group of CityUHK alumni, academic and administrative staff, and current CityUHK students, fostering a strong collaboration and insight sharing.

Six accomplished alumni from various sectors, including AI, Data Analytics, IT & Science, were invited to share about their career paths and industry insights. The event's highlight was a 45-minute panel discussion featuring four CityUHK esteemed alumni: Mr. Ceyu GAO, Founder, BASEVEC Limited; Mr. Ben HUANG, Director, QickGenerate Technology Limited; Ms. Agatha YIP, Technology Risk Manager, Prudential Hong Kong Limited; and Mr. Kelvin HO, Managing Consultant, IBM Consulting.

During the engaging fire-side chat, the panellists discussed current market trends, technology insights, and the core competencies students should develop to achieve career success in these industries. With 40+ participants, the event facilitated enriching discussions and provided practical industry advice for career development.
