The CityU Putonghua Debating Team has been trained hard over the past few months, and their efforts were eventually paid off with the first runner-up medal in the group category in the 2019 Inter-Collegiate Putonghua Debate Competition (2019大專普通話辯論賽) organised by Radio Television Hong Kong. Among our student representatives, Yan Enhui was awarded the Champion in the individual category, and Lu Jiazheng was awarded the Best Debater of the Year.
