Dr. Yu Xiang?is a postdoctoral fellow at the City University of Hong Kong, School of Law and a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School (2025 Spring). His research interests include corporate law and governance and capital market regulation. He obtained his PhD (2024) and LLM (2018) degrees from the City University of Hong Kong, a LLM degree (2019) from Aix-Marseille University, and a Bachelor of Arts (in English) and Bachelor of Laws dual degrees (2017) from China Agricultural University.
