Registration of
Dispute Resolution Practitioners Can you assist the sixth International ADR Mooting Competition in 2015 by volunteering to act as an arbitrator or mediator during the mock mediations and arbitrations? We are seeking members of the dispute resolution profession, professional arbitrators and mediators to assist us with this exciting and prestigious competition. We know that the students will value the support of lawyers, arbitrators, and mediators who will act as arbitrators and judges/markers during the moots, as the presentation of their oral arguments is the culmination of months of effort and the pinnacle of the competition. Arbitrators will be provided with a bench brief summarizing the issues well before the event. Issues of arbitration practice are involved, as well as commercial law.
