Congratulations to our final-year undergraduate student, Miss Nicole TUNG Hiu-ching, who has won the Merit Prize of Outstanding Electrical Power and Energy Engineering Student Award 2018 organized by Power and Energy Section (PES) of The Institution of Engineering and Technology Hong Kong (IET).

Nicole, together with Dr. Carol LIN (Associate Professor of SEE), attended the PES Annual Dinner on 22 June 2018 (Friday).  As determined by the PES Selection Panel, Nicole was found to be with outstanding academic results, strong leadership ability demonstrated in her extra-curricular activities and community service, and enthusiasm in pursuing a career in energy engineering profession.  She was presented the award with a plaque, a certificate and a cash prize at the Annual Dinner cum prize presentation ceremony.
