We are delighted to have Mr. Jasper Chan, Assistant General Manager – ESG, Towngas, share his insights on the Risks and Opportunities: Transition for Energy Companies in the Low Carbon Era at the SEE Colloquium on 26 March 2024. In the Colloquium, Jasper talked about the transition to low carbon economy, alongside Climate Change, presents diversified risks and opportunities for different industries, and is especially vital for the energy sector. Jasper shared about how energy companies prepare themselves towards a greener economy, and incorporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations into corporate strategies.

Mr. Jasper Chan is the Assistant General Manager – ESG at Towngas. He focuses on formulating and driving the overall ESG strategy of the Group’s diversified businesses, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to improve ESG performance. He is a Chartered Engineer in both HK and the UK, and Professional Member of The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management, The Energy Institute, The Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers.
