Exchange Visit to Changzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau
From December 27th to 30th, 2024, Prof. Michael LEUNG led a delegation, including PhD students and post-doctoral researchers from the School of Energy and Environment (SEE), to meet with the Changzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and several prestigious enterprises. This exchange visit aimed to promote the deep integration and development of our technological innovation resources with Changzhou's industrial strengths through meaningful exchange and collaboration.
Moreover, Prof. LEUNG has been appointed as a Technology Advisor to the Changzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Prof. LEUNG said, “I am honored to have been appointed as a Technology Advisor. My role is to expedite collaborations in technology transfer and commercialization between Hong Kong and Changzhou. These interactions have provided invaluable opportunities for our researchers to explore the practical applications and implementations of their innovations.”
This visit has not only strengthened our academic and industrial ties but also paved the way for future cooperative ventures that will benefit both regions. The knowledge and experience gained from this exchange will significantly contribute to our ongoing efforts in technological advancement and sustainable development.
