Hydrogen technology is one of the potential solutions in Hong Kong to address the challenges encountered in achieving carbon neutrality. Hydrogen usage is more meaningful when it is produced in a green way. Dr. Yun Hau Ng, Associate Professor of SEE, was invited to share his view and research information with the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) community on the progress and status of a new photocatalytic technology in producing green hydrogen on 9 February 2022. The webinar was attended by over 400 participants followed by a fruitful discussion. SEE looks forward to strengthening collaboration with HKIE in research in Energy, Environment and Sustainability.
