For invited speakers, our office will handle the hotel accommodation reservation for you directly and WILL NOT ask you for payment or credit card information. For participants who have to pay the registration fee, our office will contact you by our official email address lbj@cityu.edu.hk. To reserve a hotel room for MathDS3 2019, please only use the hotel contacts and the exclusive booking forms listed in the Conference official website https://www6.cityu.edu.hk/rcms/MathDS3/accommodations.html. When using the exclusive booking forms downloaded from our official website, please always follow the instructions and reply to the partner hotels through the official ways stated in their forms. Kindly note that hotels WILL NOT take initiative to collect your credit card information.
