In line with the University’s branding effort and to bring in improved security measures for smart campus initiatives, the University invites you to replace your Courtesy Identity Cards issued before 1 May 2018. The new Courtesy Identity Card carries the University’s new logo and a new chipset.
You would not need to replace your existing Courtesy Identity Cards if issued on or after 1 May 2018.
Affected ex-staff/spouse holding the Courtesy Identity Card(s) issued before 1 May 2018 can come to Human Resources Office for card replacement during our office hours. For security reasons, you have to return the existing card(s) upon collection of the new card(s); failing which a replacement fee of HK$80 for each lost card will be charged. Please report any loss of card(s) to HRO as soon as possible.
