Dive into the vibrant world of Thai cuisine with Chef Polly, a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. In this interactive workshop, you’ll master the art of making the traditional Thai Layer Cake together. Chef Polly will also demonstrate the making of Thai Green Curry.

Thai Layer Cake is a traditional dessert renowned for its stunning multi-layered presentation and the delightful flavours of coconut that enchant the palate.
