CityU Press has created a feature wall at CityU Bookshop with the theme “An ERA of Pleasure Reading”. In addition, we have launched the 11.11 Mega Sale at CityU Bookshop to encourage readers to purchase our selected publications at a 50% mega discount.

City University of Hong Kong Press  is participating in The 19^th Cross-Strait Book Fair from 21 to 23 September 2023 in Xiamen. The Book Fair is held in Xiamen Fliport C&E Center, and our booth is located at T06 managed by our distributor, Xiamen International Book Centre.

CityU Press participated in the 2023 Hong Kong Book Fair from 19 July to 25 July. Several new titles were showcased, including two new titles in our signature “CityU Mastermind Series,” and multiple successful book launches were also held at the seven-day event.

On 30 March 2023, City University of Hong Kong Press, Run Run Shaw Library, City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and the Society of Registered Safety Officers (SRSO) jointly held the book launch and seminar Construction Safety Law, Management, and Technology: Hong Kong Experience at Run Run Shaw Library, City University of Hong Kong.

City University of Hong Kong Press recently published a book called “Starting a New Chapter: Reform and Opening-up of Hong Kong”, and hosted a book launch cum round-table discussion with a focus on “Implications for Start-ups and Start-up Investors” at CityU HK Tech 300, United Centre, Admiralty.

We are very honoured and pleased to share this exciting news. Our book Heart Sutra (《心經》) has been awarded the “Highly Recommended Award” in the 9th Dream of the Red Chamber Awards Ceremony. Congratulations to the book’s author, Prof. Yan Lianke.

To us, reading is like opening a door that allows us to explore the ever-changing world. we live in.
