To enhance the opportunities for postgraduate students to access courses and expertise at local universities in Hong Kong, the eight UGC-funded universities (CityUHK, CUHK, EdUHK, HKBU, HKU, HKUST, LU and PolyU) have entered into a collaboration scheme allowing their research students to enrol in courses offered by participating institutions. Interested students please read the relevant information and apply for course enrolment according to the procedures and deadline specified by the respective participating universities.

Application Deadlines (for Semester B, 2024/25)

* Late applications should be submitted with written approvals (email approvals are also accepted) from the course examiner and the Head of the course offering department. Otherwise, the application will NOT be processed.

^@ The application deadline is applicable to most courses. Some courses have deadlines ranging from 15 December 2024 to 13 January 2025.

^# The first lesson of some postgraduate courses may start before 10 January 2025.

Application Form

CityUHK students, who wish to apply for course enrolment in the participating institutions under this Scheme, should fill out an online application form here. Students concerned will receive an email with the attachment of the filled application form and an approval form. Please submit them together to the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies for processing.
