Aims of Minor

The minor is structured to expose students to the latest theories and principles of innovation management and entrepreneurship, decision making and organizational change. The Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship minor equips students with these skills so that they become more competitive in the job market and meet the keen demand from service/manufacturing firms.


Intended Learning Outcomes of Minor (MINILOs)

Upon successful completion of this minor, students should be able to:

  1. Demonstrate key knowledge and skills in business and management specific disciplines.
  2. Apply analytical skills to business problem-solving and innovation.
  3. Attain personal and team goals using individual and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrate awareness of ethical issues in business.
  5. Demonstrate competence in fundamental concepts and models related to the strategy and operation of small and medium enterprises.
  6. Analyse major issues related to effective management of small and medium enterprises.
